We are HOME on the Western Slope
The clinicians contracted with Creative Directions have been serving the Grand Valley for years, providing community-based and in-home services as mental health therapists, social workers and clinical supervisors. Creative Directions hopes to continue these community connections and embracing our mental health partners as we continue this journey. We will continue to stand together to keep our community strong, healthy and heard.
